How To Apply for a Primary School Reception Place
To apply for a place within the normal admissions round, applications must be submitted to the Local Authority in which you live, naming the primary reception school of choice on the application form. Parents will be advised of the outcome of their application in writing from Sandwell Local Authority. If you have applied online, you will be able to log onto your account and view your offer. Once places have been confirmed, you will need to follow the relevant Local Authority’s process for accepting your offer.
Tinywoods Preschool is located on the same site as Lightwoods Primary Academy. While admission is not guaranteed, we encourage all of our families to consider applying to Lightwoods as your children will be familiar with the school site and teaching methods, as both Tinywoods and Lightwoods are part of Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust.
